Sensory processing relates to the processing of sensory input from our bodies and our environments. We all have natural differences in how we respond to sensory inputs, but this becomes problematic when it prevents us from engaging in the activities that are important to us. We provide two options of sensory assessments to help you better understand your sensory responses and how these may be impacting you day to day.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps you recognize and change the thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours that contribute to your mental health. Together, we’ll explore how these patterns impact your emotions and daily functioning and develop practical strategies to manage symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and other challenges. By incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), we can also emphasise self-compassion and help you align your actions with your core values.
Therapy is primarily delivered online, but in-person sessions, including “walk-and-talk” therapy outdoors, are available within 15 miles of CW8.
